Coleman Consulting LLC is a focused building envelope engineering company. We provide full spectrum investigation, analysis, design, design peer review, construction assistance, and failure investigation of building envelope components from foundation to roof.
Our practice encompasses large commercial, institutional, and governmental buildings ranging from historic structures to the most modern pressure-balanced rainscreen curtainwall assemblies.
We are certified through MDOT as a MBE/DBE (Minority Business Enterprise / Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) throughout Maryland.
We also participate in the Maryland Small Business Reserve Program. Both the owner, Pamela Coleman, and the Chief Engineer, Chris Coleman, are licensed Professional Engineers and LEED Accredited Professionals. Between them they have 48 years of engineering experience, 22 in building envelope technology.
